This Policy forms part of our Terms of Service and applies to all orders placed through the Site. By placing an order, you agree to the terms of this Policy. We are committed to customer satisfaction and to handling returns and refunds fairly and in accordance with applicable law. Important: Please contact us before sending any product back. We will provide you with return instructions, a return authorisation or reference number (where applicable), and the correct return address. Sending a product without prior authorisation may delay the processing of your return or result in the product not being accepted. We are not responsible for products sent to an incorrect address or without a valid return reference.

3. Definitions

In this Policy:

  • "Return" means the act of sending a product back to us in accordance with this Policy for a refund or replacement.
  • "Refund" means the reimbursement of the purchase price (and, where applicable, shipping costs) to you in accordance with this Policy.
  • "Replacement" means our sending you a new product in place of a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, or in the context of an exchange.
  • "Return period" means the period within which you may exercise your right to return a product, as set out in Section 4.
  • "Resalable condition" means that the product is unused, in its original packaging where possible, and with any seals unbroken, so that we can resell it in accordance with our standards (subject to any exceptions set out in this Policy).

4. Return period

You may return most unopened or unused products within fourteen (14) days of delivery for a full refund, in line with our commitment to customer satisfaction and consistent with common practice in the United States and with consumer protection standards. The 14-day return period starts on the day after you (or a person you have designated) physically receive the product. If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason; for details, see Section 12 (Consumer rights). For opened or used products, please see Section 6. We may occasionally extend the return window for specific promotions or product launches; any such extension will be clearly stated at the time of purchase or in the order confirmation. If the return period has expired, we are not obliged to accept the return; however, we may at our discretion consider late returns on a case-by-case basis (e.g., for defective products).

5. Eligibility for return

To be eligible for a return and refund (or replacement, where applicable), the following conditions must be met:

  • Time limit: The product must be returned within the return period described in Section 4, unless we have agreed otherwise or a longer period is required by law.
  • Prior contact: You must contact us first to obtain return instructions and, where we require it, a return authorisation or reference number. Do not send the product until you have received our instructions.
  • Condition: The product should be in resalable condition: unused, in original packaging where possible, and with any seals (e.g., bottle seal, cap seal) unbroken, unless we have agreed otherwise. We may accept returns of opened items in certain circumstances (e.g., defective product, wrong product sent, or where we have expressly agreed); please contact us to confirm before sending. We reserve the right to refuse returns or to issue only a partial refund if the product is not in resalable condition or appears to have been used beyond what is reasonable for inspection.
  • Return shipping: Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., we sent the wrong or a defective product) or we have expressly offered free returns, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method and keeping proof of postage. We are not responsible for loss or damage to products in transit when you are returning them.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions, or to assess the condition of the product upon receipt and to offer a partial refund or no refund if the product is damaged, used, or otherwise not in resalable condition. If we refuse a return, we will notify you and may return the product to you at your cost or dispose of it in accordance with our procedures.

6. Opened or used products

For hygiene and safety reasons, we generally do not accept returns of opened dietary supplement products (including opened bottles, broken seals, or partially used containers) unless:

  • The product is defective (e.g., manufacturing defect, contamination, or quality issue);
  • We sent the wrong product or the product does not match the description;
  • We have made another error for which we are responsible; or
  • We have expressly agreed in writing to accept the return (e.g., in response to a specific request assessed on a case-by-case basis).

If you believe you have received a defective or incorrect product, or if you have a complaint about quality, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the issue, and (where possible) photographs (e.g., of the product, packaging, or any visible defect). We will assess each case individually and may request that you return the product for inspection. Depending on the outcome, we may offer a full refund, a replacement, or a partial refund. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights under this Policy or under applicable consumer law.

7. How to request a return

To request a return, please follow these steps:

Please include: your order number (or the email address and date used to place the order), the name and quantity of the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return (e.g., changed mind, defective, wrong product). This helps us process your request quickly and provide you with the correct instructions.
  2. Receive instructions: We will respond with return instructions, including the return address to which you should send the product and, where applicable, a return authorisation or reference number. Please do not send the product until you have received these instructions. Include the return reference (if provided) on the outside of the package or on the packing slip so that we can identify your return upon receipt.
  3. Pack and ship: Pack the product securely to prevent damage in transit. We recommend using the original packaging if possible. Send the package to the address we provided using a trackable shipping method and retain proof of postage. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or we have offered free returns.
  4. Inspection and outcome: Once we receive the product, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. Processing times may vary; we aim to complete inspections and initiate refunds within a reasonable period after receipt of the returned product (see Section 8 for refund timing).

8. Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • Amount: We will refund the purchase price of the returned product(s) to the original payment method you used for the order. Unless the return was due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item) or we have expressly offered to refund shipping, we do not refund the original shipping cost you paid for the order. If we offered free shipping on your order, we may deduct the cost we incurred for shipping from the refund where permitted by law and where we have disclosed this in advance.
  • Method and timing: Refunds are typically processed within five (5) to ten (10) business days after we receive the returned product and confirm that it meets our return conditions. The refund will be credited to the same payment method used for the original purchase. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time (e.g., five to ten business days or more) for the refund to appear on your statement. We are not responsible for delays in the crediting of the refund by your financial institution.
  • Replacement instead of refund: If we have sent you a replacement product instead of processing a refund, we will not also issue a refund for the same product unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

If your return is not approved (e.g., the product is not in resalable condition, the return period has expired, or the product does not meet the eligibility criteria), we will notify you and explain the reason. We may return the product to you at your cost or dispose of it in accordance with our internal procedures. We will not issue a refund for products that we have not received or that are lost in transit when you are responsible for return shipping; we recommend using trackable and insured shipping.

9. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different variant (e.g., different quantity or formulation) or for a different product altogether, please contact us. Depending on availability and our operational procedures, we may process an exchange as a return followed by a new order: we will refund the returned product in accordance with this Policy, and you may place a new order for the desired product at the current price. Alternatively, we may arrange a direct exchange where feasible. Exchanges are subject to product availability and to the terms of this Policy. Any price difference between the original and the new product will be handled as agreed with you (e.g., you may need to pay the difference or we may refund the difference).

10. Damaged or missing items

If you receive a damaged product or if your order is missing one or more items, please contact us within a reasonable time (we recommend within 14 days of delivery) and provide your order number and, where possible, photographs of the damage or of the packing slip and packaging. We will investigate and, where appropriate, arrange for a replacement or a refund. In some cases we may ask you to return the damaged item to us (we will provide a prepaid label where we consider it appropriate). We do not require you to return damaged or defective products in all cases; we will advise you on a case-by-case basis. For missing items, we may need to verify with our shipping records and the carrier before issuing a replacement or refund.

11. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. We will attempt to cancel the order and issue a full refund. Once the order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee cancellation; you may instead return the product in accordance with this Policy after you receive it. If you cancel before shipment and we have already charged your payment method, we will refund the full amount (including any shipping charge, where applicable) within a reasonable time, typically within five to ten business days. If the order has already been shipped by the time we process your cancellation request, you will need to follow the return process set out in Section 7 upon receipt of the product.

12. Consumer rights and statutory rights

This Policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your state, country, or region. In the United States, state laws may provide additional rights (e.g., longer return periods, mandatory refunds in certain circumstances). If you are located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance or off-premises contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) acquire physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., by email or post). If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. 13. Non-returnable items and exceptions

Unless required by law or we have agreed otherwise in writing, we may not accept returns of the following: products that have been opened, used, or damaged by you (except where defective or as set out in Section 6); products that are personalised or made to your specifications; products that by their nature cannot be resold for hygiene or safety reasons once unsealed; and any product that we have clearly designated as non-returnable at the time of purchase. 14. International returns

If you are located outside the United States and we have shipped to your country, return instructions and return shipping arrangements may differ. You may be responsible for return shipping costs and for any customs or import duties incurred when returning the product. We will provide you with the relevant instructions when you contact us to request a return. Refunds will be processed in the currency and to the payment method used for the original order, unless we have agreed otherwise. Please note that cross-border returns may take longer to process due to customs and shipping times.

15. Gift returns

If you received a product as a gift and wish to return it, please contact us with the order number or any information you have (e.g., the name or email of the purchaser). We will assess eligibility in accordance with this Policy. If a refund is approved, we may issue the refund to the original payment method used by the purchaser, or we may offer a store credit or other solution as appropriate and in accordance with our procedures. The person who purchased the gift may need to be involved in the return process where required for verification or refund purposes.

16. Limitation of liability

Our liability in connection with returns and refunds is limited to the refund or replacement described in this Policy and is subject to the limitations set out in our Terms of Service. We are not responsible for loss or damage to products in transit when you are returning them; we recommend that you use adequate insurance and a trackable shipping method. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from a return or refund (e.g., loss of profit, inconvenience) except where required by applicable law.
